The Family Support Programmes are
designed to help families thrive and
empower them to move on.

They are created by the Community
Support Worker, with the family, and
achievable and goals are decided upon.

Input can be given from other
professionals who work with the family.

Participants will be expected to use other ABC Project services in order to fulfil the goals set out in the Programme.
Referrals can be taken from Health and
Education Professionals, Social Services and from the families themselves.
